HOW BIG ARE THE PLATTERS AND HOW MANY PEOPLE DO THEY FEED?
Our small platters are approximately 38cm x 29cm and serve from 5 to 9 people. Our large platters are approximately 48cm x 36cm and serve from 10 to 15 people.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE BOARDS AND RAMEKINS MY ORDER CAME ON?
These guys are boomerangs, please return them to the store in the week following your order. If you break or damage the board or ramekins you will forfeit your deposit, so please take good care of them!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
The earlier the better!! We take orders up to 48 hours prior, but to avoid disappointment try to get your order in as soon as you can. If life gets in the way and you find yourself needing something last minute, give us a call on

We can cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan and nut free (the list goes on) but it’s always best to shoot us an email at catering@loafsandwiches.com.au prior to ordering if you have concerns.

YES! We offer delivery through an external delivery service. Should you require more information please read our T&Cs or send an email to catering@loafsandwiches.com.au.

We understand that sometimes things just don’t go to plan. If you need to cancel or postpone your order, please do so at least 48 hours prior for a full refund or to arrange a new date. **Please note that if items for your platter have already been ordered we may withhold an amount to cover these costs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
Never fear! Your order will be kept refrigerated until pick up. But please try to let us know the closest time to pick up that you can.
CAN I GET HALAL?
All our chicken and beef products are Halal, but its always worth mentioning this requirement in the comments section at the checkout so we can ensure extra care is taken when preparing your order.
